Symbiant Group Software develop company

About us

Symbiant Group was originally incorporated during the summer of 2000 to develop a business around the (then) emerging technologies of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Distributed and Collaborative Computing. Since then the P2P technology arena has changed dramatically and Symbiant Group has focused it's efforts on developing solutions and products based on the Groove decentralized collaboration platform. With over two years of experience working with and reviewing various P2P technologies, we have come to the conclusion that Groove is not only superior in it's technical & UI architecture, but is also one of the best managed companies. Because of its architecture and management we believe that we have found a platform that we can reliably and confidently develop products and solutions for our customers using or looking for a P2P decentralized collaboration platform.

We not only sell Groove based products and services, we actually use Groove internally. Our product development team relies on Groove for managing the product development process and our Engagement team utilizes Groove to communicate with clients.

We are proud to be presently located in New York City. As Groove's customer base expands in the near future, we expect to open new regional offices to meet our client's needs.
